The hunt

All hunters are dreaming of going on a hunting tour in Africa. They want to collect exotic animals, which they have only seen in zoos. That dream is no longer a dream...

On the Hunting Farm Hüttenhain, in the heart of Namibia, 13.400 ha of farmland are available to you for your hunting pleasure and to live your African dream.

Hüttenhain is embedded within one of the richest hunting grounds of Namibia, where the game is left totally free to roam in its natural habitat, safe-guarding a unique hunting experience.
We can proudly boast a multitude and abundance of antelope such as Kudu, Oryx, Hartebeest, Duiker, Steenbok and of course, the most popular Warthog.

We are member of a 410.000 ha conservation area which offers to hunters both types of Zebra, Eland Impala, both types of Wildebeest, Blessbok and Springbok.

Our Motto is:
Hunting at Hüttenhain is more than just taking home a trophy!

The hunting season is from February to end of November, the game is usually hunted by foot, the numerous hides at waterholes offer additional possiblities to spot game.

Only one hunting group is allowed on Hüttenhain at a time, to guarantee you personalisied attention to cater for your individual expectations. Non-hunting accompanying persons are also very much welcome.

Ideal times for the hunt are early morning and late afternoon. Remember, the sun sets early in Namibia (± 17h30 in winter, ± 19h30 in summer)

How to find us:
Hüttenhain is situated approx. 40km northeast from Okahandja.
